Phil is a Florida licensed Broker with Keller Wiliams On The Water offering a full range multi-option services to buyers and sellers in both Manatee and Sarasota counties.

Phil relocated late 2013 from the St Louis area to the Sarasota / Bradenton after a long career as a professional pilot in the US and overseas.

Originally from the UK Phil first became a licensed real estate professional in 2006 where he held an Illinois Brokers license and later also a Missouri Brokers license.

Phil is also the owner and chief instructor for the Suncoast School of Real Estate and is a Florida-licensed Mortgage Loan Originator
